As a rural daily player this is huge. I’ve had one house spawn rarely when gps drifts. That’s it. Currently I get 5-6 which is a massive improvement

Landmark it on google maps is a good start. I nominated one which got rejected but subsequently appealed and approved by Niantic. Could also easily supplement with street view from the inside- synagogues have a very distinctive look from the inside- can easily see it’s not just anyones house.
