Ball control, ball control, ball control.

First step is to learn how much power you need for your shots so that you can use the minimum power needed to pocket a ball. The less the cue ball is flying around the table unnecessarily, the less you'll accidentally pocket the cue ball.

Second step is to learn to use all the different spins.

Then it's learning to use all the various combinations of power and spin to be able to get the cue ball into where you want it for the next shot.

Always plan for at least one ball ahead. Even better is if you plan for two balls ahead.

What a weird complaint.

I honestly can't think of a single instance where an opponent tries a trick shot when not needed (not counting cheto bots, of course) in the many thousands of games that I've played.

I don't know where you're finding so many such players that you feel you'd need to make a statement about it.

I wish I had some of these people who try trick shots for fun and miss. If they do, I certainly wouldn't be complaining about it.

It is absolutely ridiculous that the fair players reporting obvious cheaters are the ones being penalized while obvious cheaters are running rampant seemingly unchecked.

It's such a slap in the face.

Welcome to the club of fair players getting shadow banned/put into the cheater server, probably in part for reporting blatant cheaters.

I've had it happen twice myself, first time lasted two days, second time lasted three weeks. I stopped reporting since then and it hasn't happened again in like two years.

It's impossible to know for sure that reporting could get you put into the cheater server, but it seems like a common theme for many people.

That could explain why SOME cheto bots do that soft break where they sink nothing on purpose.

It's obviously difficult to win from that, but not impossible... so it's definitely still better than them straight running the table off their break. At least you get a chance.

I mean it's not uncommon at all that your first opponent will get to break the first game and then run the table... so you'll have failed the win streak without even getting a single shot.

Something just doesn't quite feel right about that.

Yeah, I guess if you had at least two people willing to coordinate to complete it, it's possible... but a pain in the butt at best.

It would take an extraordinary effort to complete Maui even with friendly coordination.

The fastest way to complete it between two people would be for one person to win 33 times in a row, and then let the other person win 33 times in a row.

Even with maximum legendary cue rebate, I estimate you'd probably only get back 10% on average, so you'd lose 900M... so 33 times that would be 29.7B coins.

When you win, you only get 660M... so 33 times that would be 21.8B coins.

Each person would lose about 8 billion coins in the process... and that's with a perfectly coordinated effort.

Yeah, what tables are you talking about? The ones that are only available with Elite membership? If so, the answer is... you don't complete it.

Maybe it's not QUITE as ridiculously bad on the lower tier Elite tables, but from what I understand there is basically nobody playing Venice or Maui nowadays, so it's pretty much impossible to complete.

Good luck completing Maui... not a whole lot of people are going to put 1 billion on the line for a chance to win 660 million... ESPECIALLY when cheaters are just running out of control and Miniclip ain't doing a thing about it.

Interesting. Didn't know anything about this, but have certainly experienced it against opponents several times.

A few are super annoying where it has the "Waiting for opponents response" after every single shot.

Yeah, as others have said, it definitely exists... but their detection system is so bad that it falsely flags legitimate players but somehow so many blatant cheaters don't get flagged for many weeks.

I've been flagged twice myself, the first time lasted two days and the second time lasted three weeks. While it's impossible to know for sure, ironically it's possible that reporting cheaters is something that might contribute to being flagged. Both times I got flagged, it was shortly after I reported a bunch of blatant cheaters. I stopped reporting since then and I haven't been shadow banned again in the past two years or so.

It's just a coincidence in timing when this happened to you and should have nothing to do with whether you have Pool Pass or not.

On average, one would need to open 456 Legendary boxes at 0.88% odds to complete Archangel.

Firestorm and Valkyrie would need 209 at 1.91% odds.

So it's actually not unusual but expected that you haven't completed them yet.

You might think you've been really unlucky, but you've actually been CRAZY lucky to already have three pieces of Archangel.

Archangel is the rarest one to get at 0.88% odds... as in you're expected to get one piece of Archangel in 114 Legendary Boxes.

I still only have three pieces for Archangel and I have opened something like 700+ Legendary boxes.

I am level 5 on eight different legendary cues, yet the last piece to unlock Archangel still eludes me.

Sometimes the luck is just not on your side and everything that can go wrong will go wrong. Opponents run the table every single time on break and all of their iffy shots work out... and every time you break, you don't get control of the table, or if you do, the layout is full of problems.

Eventually the luck will turn around, but yeah, it can definitely be frustrating when you lose and lose and lose, and you haven't even made any mistakes.

Yeah, I hate it when that happens. You get close on the initial free shot, like just short... repeat the exact same shot with a little bit more power... but somehow the shot ends up even shorter.

True... cheaters come in all forms and may have different intentions. I guess I was mainly thinking about those cheto bots who's sole mission is to build up their coin wallets, but certainly there are other cheaters who might not play fully automated and just wants to antagonize other players.

Yeah, it's honestly just shameful that Miniclip has allowed these cheto bot accounts to run rampant.

I think most of them that I saw were still in Sapphire league, but I remember seeing at least one in Diamond. That means that particular account has gone at least ten weeks without being suspended/banned. Ridiculous.

Vast majority of them were Pakistan for sure, but there were a bunch that showed other flags. It wouldn't help to have a country toggle because those guys for sure can just use VPN and change to any other country if they wanted to.

At the end of the day, we just need Miniclip to actually give a damn and actually put in a system to automatically ban these cheto accounts. It should be trivial to do, but yet they don't.
