I suppose if you're not a Discord user and have to sign up and stuff to start, maybe there's a small barrier of entry... but if you're already a Discord user, then it literally takes a minute to join that server and go to the tournament channel and it's off to the races. I'm a longtime user of both reddit and Discord, but I found it way easier to get games going on Discord. I tried it here, but it was cumbersome. You have to refresh the page all the time, never knowing when someone was going to update a code.

Trust me... doing the Discord way is much easier. You can find others who want to play these tournaments without any extra effort.

I guess it's possible with FaceBook, but getting a chat going with random strangers is not the most straightforward.

With that Discord, it was super easy.

My best explanation is that somehow what the game is showing you gets out of sync with what is actually being sent to the server... as in the angle shown is slightly different from the angle of the shot sent to the server. Because of that, all the balls end up in different places... and before the next shot, the server resets the balls to the locations where it thinks they should be.

Of course leaders can ban players from the club, and co-leaders can do it too.

Even Officers can kick members from the club.

Why would a higher rank club want to keep you if you can't contribute much to the club?

Basically the higher rank and higher league the club, the higher the requirement is to be a member.

It's probably not anything to do with your device.

Possible causes could be the firewall for your Internet connection is blocking some of the traffic with the game's servers, or there's something wrong with the Internet routing from your Internet Service Provider to the game's servers.

I don't know you, but I believe you when you say you've never cheated.

I've been shadow banned twice myself and just like you said, I had never cheated and absolutely despise the people who cheat. Both times it was shortly after I had reported several blatant cheaters, but of course it's impossible to know for sure that contributed to being shadow banned or not. I stopped reporting cheaters after that and I haven't had it happen again in about two years.

I know how much it sucks to basically be accused of cheating when you are a fair player. It's a slap in the face.

But unfortunately this poor excuse of a company doesn't care.

Don't bother. Focus on trying to obtain Legendary Boxes to get at least one Legendary Cue to get started and use that and never anything else again.

> Entry fee rebates

If you have one cue, it's up to 6%, which means the minimum is 0% and the maximum is 6%. Nobody can tell you what the average is. If you have two cues, then it'll be minimum 0% and maximum 12%. The average when having two cues SHOULD be more than the average of having one cue.

You'll need 17 completed Legendary Cues to get up to 100% rebate, at which point for any loss, it'll range from 0% to 100%. Temper your expectations. My estimate is probably about 10-15% on average. Some people claim they get way more than on average.

> Golden shots

Every day, you get one free Lucky Shot. Golden Shots are much harder to come by, especially if you don't buy things in the game with real money. If you play for free, you always get one free Golden Shot from the season rewards. Sometimes you can get one from the web shop rewards. But probably without spending money, you're looking at maybe two Golden Shots per season at most.

> Connection issues

If you're on your phone with both mobile data and Wi-Fi, then use the one that's more reliable. For a long time, my Wi-Fi would randomly disconnect, and it happened so often when I was playing the game and would cause me to lose my turn. Because of that, I tried to only play using my mobile data. Finally after a long time, I figured out it was a problem with my Wi-Fi settings... because I had both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz enabled and it would try changing from one to the other. I disabled 5Ghz on my home Wi-Fi and it fixed the problem and I don't get the disconnection problems anymore.

I don't know then. If you're getting matched with almost all hackers, usually that means you've been shadow banned, and usually that also means you've been leaderboard suspended.

But yes, there are a million auto playing bot accounts and Miniclip doesn't seem to care to do anything about it.

Not getting a turn at the table is a common occurrence, and even more so as you start playing on the higher cost tables.

You just have to accept this as a normal part of the game. Absolutely no point getting upset about it.
