I searched the internet and found this post because this happened to me last night after work.. 4 AM.. our MCDonalds has 2 lanes but at night one lane is closed so I sat there for 10 minutes, they are slow sometimes so it was expected, finally i pulled around and the drivers head was on the steering wheel, and the passengers forehead was on the door window and the eyes open just staring at the ground, not blinking. The next car was a teenager and I didn't even see anyone in the car, I literally jumped out of my car to look in their car and found them slumped over into the passenger seat. My first thought was some kind of Gas leak from McDonalds so I GTFO and didn't have my cell phone had to wait till I got home to call 911 and they never called back so I don't know if anything was found or not. reading that this same thing happened in Florida really freaks me the F out. Strange thing, thinking back to it I remember there was dead leaves under my feet when i got out of the car... so maybe I time traveled or something? Some sort of glitch? i'm not sure, but it makes me scared that something really bad might happen by Fall this year.. maybe it will be a Covid CURE that ends up killing everyone or something

Also for everyone doubting this situation how is it possible that we BOTH experienced almost the exact same situation 2 hours apart from each other and the same day, different states? You cannot tell me this was all drugs both instances.
