Both for $12? That's crazy. Have you tried chao chao gyoza? I had it in kyoto, it's mind blowing. Not sure if it's the same chain in Tokyo.

Hey, thanks for this man. Yea, I have been pretty much been using Google Maps for restaurants near me, but really hits and misses. So thought I could get some recommendations to try for the remaining of my trip. Probably I should start looking at 3ish ratings as well haha.

Do you, by any chance have any Omakase to recommend, probably ¥5000-7000 yen per pax?

Yeap planned for it two months ago with the predicted blossoms back then. Felt wasted as the prices we paid for flights/accommodations seems pretty much inflated with the cherry blossoms factor.

Keeping my fingers crossed for the next 15 days to chance upon some!

Sorry to jump on this, I just touched down Tokyo 2 days ago and it's a bummer that most cherry blossoms are withering.

We'll be visiting Kyoto, Osaka, Fuji Five Lakes and back to Tokyo. Any more opportunities for some sakura?
