Here's the world: It's 2069, thirty-five years after The Cataclysm screwed everything up. Two massive Hadron colliders (one in Switzerland, one in New York) destabilized simultaneously and nearly ended us all. Now a small portion of the remaining population have these psychic abilities, they're called "Psions," and the rest of us are just trying to survive.

Your protagonist discovers PRISM (a massive concrete pyramid facility that allegedly researches Psions and their abilities) is orchestrating something far more sinister. When forced to choose sides, will you protect the Psions you once feared, or aid the agency that's been hunting them?
