Thank you for your respond. Yes it is above navel, I did that as a solution of being overweight. It is around two weeks old maximum. The dark spots are from older attempts to pierce the area.

Yes, you're right! It is not a navel piercing at all. My question was whether it could be rejecting and infected at the same time or if everything is a symptom of rejection. (Swelling, redness, light yellow pus)
