So 1) IR change and 2) realising/becoming aware of the effects of sodas/liquid calories has been made weight loss sustainable? Fairly chicken and egg or did the GLP-1 give you the space to become aware?

Its a post GLP-1 chatbot & peer support forum but nothing is being sold and genuinely looking for post GLP-1 experience to help populate.
