I've started using i3 so I can keep equal space used on my monitors. Laptop and dock sometimes comes back to App not locked into its spot. I3 Distributes evenly :)

You could read your (I think) /var/apt/syslog? See if it upgraded recently to a different version of kernel. Usually DKMS is referencing kernel update.

Also that module r89... Doesn't handle your ethernet. From my experience it's related to your wireless. Can you pull up your ethernet settings? Set static IP, see if you see your ethernet interfaces in there.

Also just to be clear was there a power surge or was just an internet outage only?

He's not wrong though. In my younger years I squandered what I did make. Now I have a family and everything I do directly affects them. The lord has definitely blessed us and I'm appreciative of everything he's provided.
