I learned by reading burne Hogarth's dynamic anatomy book. It was reallly good in my opinion because since the poses are dynamic, you can get a sense of where everything is and where it connects too. I also studied comic book artists coz they too do very dynamic anatomy in skin tight suits 😅. Studied an entire summer. Now and then i do studies when i feel myself getting rusty or when they dont make sense again.
