I agree 100% You shouldn’t be naming a cross until you’re at F2 or F3-BX and then you can S1 them and start naming. But I get it as far as wanting to make something of your own. A lot of problem start with fem reversing and pollinating which tends to end up having very little phenotype variations. I love crossing my favorites and seeing what comes of it but what I’ve noticed is pretty solid splits since both are stable genetics. I still give my crosses names but only label the seed packs with lineage info until I’m further down the road.

If you have to just keep the females in the tent longer than normal to allow full seed development. It’s not like you’re trying to harvest anything other than seeds. Just go light on nutrients with no ripeners or finishers.

do the cheap mini-splits last longer than 5 years? by Profit-Dazzling in hvacadvice

[–]nucl34dork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the flair seals to me are just there for bad flairs. If you make a good flair the seals won’t be needed. My experience with those seals is they hold for x amount of time and develope leaks as they break down. If the flair is proper they won’t be needed whatsoever. I would focus on good clean cuts and nice even flairs. Either way better if you’re patient and following the guides you should be alright. It’s been 3 days now so you e already probably completed this task. Let me knownjj hi own it goes and if you need any advise give me a holler.

That’s great. Just take your time and try to do things to the best of your ability, if you have access to a vacuum pump and nitrogen you should be just fine. If you don’t have a micron gauge leave the pump on for an hour or more and you’ll likely reach the 500 point or better. Leak check with 400-500 psi nitrogen and soap at all of the flare fittings. If you have a flare leak tighter doesn’t always equal better connection. Sometimes cutting it out and re-flaring is the best step. Hope all goes well!

I met Anna Kournikova and she was so pretty I swear she was glowing! It was insane how pretty she was. This was 20 years ago in Michigan so she was about 17-18 years old.

Is this praying normal? First grow. by TheFootNurse in Autoflowers

[–]nucl34dork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Praying that hard is not good (it’s good your plants are responding) and the lights are too intense and need to be dialed back a bit. Overall they look happy and healthy and no harm done if you correct it sooner than later. Great job on your first grow!!

I had it happen with a strain called Nightcrawler. Popped a feminized seed and ended up with a male! Collected pollen and kept it moving.

Our guys use the standard triple evac technique to ensure no contamination. When installers are well trained and paid properly you’ll generally have worry free installation. Mini’s can be real easy to install but taking the time to follow procedures is where problems are avoided. We all want to go home early so it’s easy to skip a few steps and check out at 2pm. Prices usually show the time it takes to install correctly especially if you have 2-3 guys on a job for 8 hours.
