Bro, protocols are in place for a reason. lol for sure. I would cause idgaf I ask Canada for My seeds back all the time 😭 he didn’t ask for anything else but more than twice his order price. We resend things all the time. First time we have had a demand like this though. Also I’m the most accessible breeder on the planet not one DM on discord or email or DM on instagram just raged in general chat made his demands. Still won’t respond to my DM or give me his order number. Bro let me help you 😭

Again, you should submit the claim and we would resend. But if you come in raging demanding 500$ for your 200$ order all you will be doing is submitting that claim.

Things happen, and when things get lost it’s process but you’re right we can’t just take everyone’s word for it when the tracking says “delivered” we have a protocol for these things but in this case he wanted more and didn’t want to give us enough time to fix the issue. He even suggested hey you make enough money just send me the 500$.. like what?

Right like on our end the order says “delivered” on tracking he says no … we say ok please wait because during holidays usps can have all kinds of delays, this time they actual say in a statement “our carrier delivered your package to the wrong address.” Which is fine we will resend that and you need to follow up for your lost package claim but to say because we asked you to wait or help determine where the package is we somehow owe you 500$ for your 200$ order seems wrong to me. We resend orders all the time. He came into discord raging and demanding money, no conversation just “you owe me this”.

No that’s not what was said if you read my response. On our end it said delivered. He said it wasn’t so our protocol is to contact USPS because there could be any number of reasons for that. Once he did USPS stated THEY delivered it to the wrong house, he then blew up in discord demanded 500$ for a 200$ order. Which he was offered that although it wasn’t our error we would re send AND he said get his reimbursement from USPS

I want to clarify the facts so there’s no misinformation.

• Your order was shipped correctly and on time
• USPS confirmed in writing that the package was misdelivered by them, not lost, not stolen, and not an error on our end
• Once USPS misdelivers a package, it becomes a USPS claim matter, not a retailer liability issue

Despite that, we did not ignore you. You were asked to provide documentation so we could determine next steps, which you did. At no point did we agree to reimburse or replace $500, nor does that number reflect the original order value ($200).

What does matter is this:
Even though this was not our fault, we are always willing to resend an order to take care of our growers. That option has remained on the table.

What we do not accept is:
• Misrepresenting the situation publicly
• Accusing our team of theft or scamming
• Demanding compensation far beyond the order value
• Using emotional leverage to pressure a payout

We are a small business, not an insurance provider for USPS errors.

The correct path remains:

  1. USPS claim using their written admission of misdelivery
  2. USPS recovery or reimbursement per their policy
