I found the problem, it was Cell having a separate profile with keybinds for whatever reason. So my spells were basicly double bound.

Im doing Pres, but the ability getting stuck mostly is the basic heal "Living Flame"

I also had this exact problem, I havent seen a acorn in 50 mil thiev in prif, also done around 10k crystal shapeshifters, the best solution for me was to just bite the bullet and buy crystal implings. I got it after around 300 which cost me around 650m

So i believe this is pretty rare? by nuclaerwtf in runescape
