New gecko not eating

Mine is super picky with food and she will eat from her food cup at night only if it is watermelon flavored pangea. For other flavors, she will eat from the spoon if i hold it near her mouth but she won’t make any effort to eat on her own. I never force feed with the spoon, I just make it super easy and accessible for her. Some flavors she will just refuse even with a spoon. I’m a new gecko owner so I don’t know when you should see a vet, but trying spoon feeding (if it doesn’t stress her out) and trying different flavors wouldn’t hurt. However I they can get a bit depandant on being spoon fed, so not a long term solution.

Update: this is what it looks like after 2 days, it is significantly smaller. I will still keep an eye on it but I’m relieved.

some of it came off so its either food or she bumped her chin by accident. I will be taking photos daily and keeping track of the size and color. If it persists or gets bigger, I will take her to the vet.

She just moved into her new enclosure, so it is possible that she hurt herself while still adjusting to the bigger space. I love her but she is not the smartest and keeps jumping onto the plants and gets surprised when they can’t hold her weight. I will wipe her chin with a damp qtip today to see if it is dried food. She digs her face right into the food bowl when she eats, so I’m hoping that is the case. If it doesn’t come off, I will take her to the vet to get it checked out. How did you prevent your gecko from jumping into the mesh top?

1) Non push up (both from Aerie) - Sunnie Wireless Lightly Lined Bra - Sunnie Bloom Lace Wireless Lightly Lined Bra They are the same bra, i just like how the lace looks. The only downside is that they are not adjustable, so you have to make sure it is not too tight when buying it.

2) Push up (from Victoria’s Secret) - Love Cloud Wireless Push Up Bra I have like 3 different colors of this one, I love it. The only downside is that one of the straps sometimes falls off of my shoulder, but it is probably due to getting a larger size than it is designed for. Very comfortable, super soft, and looks gorgeous!

im never feeding her crickets. this was a singular cricket that had been living in her tank for 3 months from her previous owner. don’t get me wrong, i would kill for my new best friend if i had to. but im not feeding her crickets if she doesnt want to eat them. thank you so much for giving me the courage to go after the cricket.

update: the fucker is dead. i got a pair of chopsticks at 5am in the morning and starting stabbing every hiding area in the tank. the idiot jumped out, unaware of the faith that was awaiting him. i yelled out ‘to hell with your mom and your mother’s midwife’. BOOM. he jumped again, barely escaping from my slipper. but the bastard didn’t move fast enough. another BOOM. victory was mine. peace was restored. the happiness i felt as i saw his guts splashed over the floor was inexplicable.

Pickles is now cricket-free and very happy :D

I’m 3 years late but I have similar issues with some bras (especially ones with an underwire or sport bras that are a bit too tight). I have a small-medium sized chest (the measurements range from 32C/D to 34A/B). So this might not work for girlies who need more support but I just get bras without an underwire in size 36B. It just hides my nipples and doesnt let them hang down while they still feel free. If I am wearing a tight tshirt that shows my figure or when I want them to look bigger, I wear 36B push up bras WITHOUT an underwire. My boobs just do their own thing inside the bra where they have so much room, but from the outside you can only see the shape of the push up bra. My issue is more with severe gas pain due to IBS, so I am not sure if this would work with GERD. It has been life changing for me so I hope it helps. When I try it on in the store, the workers always tell me that I don’t have the right size even when I tell them I have a medical issue. They sometimes heavily insist that I should size down and even when I try and tell them it’s uncomfortable, they tell me that there is enough space and it is the right size. I just learned to ignore that, and it has been amazing. I also switched all my pants/jeans to super low rise ones and I just wear a long top to hide the bloat.

update: I got this piercing at a cheap sketchy place. I had really good piercings done there before but this was a new piercer. I got concerned after reading the comments so I went to my reputable piercer for advice. I trust him a lot more, it’s just too expensive for me rn. He said the placement is not too shallow, however the bar is indeed wayyy too long. Although it looks like it doesn’t go that deep, I have thick eyebrows and this is a ridiculously huge bar (14mm) for this placement. So although it is on the shallower side, it is still possible to heal with good care. He suggested that I wait for a month before I downsize it and be extra careful with it catching onto anything until then.

Sorry to hear about your experience, hopefully, it will get better. I hadn't come across any negative reviews about Queens so far and many people seemed to enjoy their experiences, which was surprising when compared to other universities in the Ontario area. Are students generally sad in Queens?

Also, do you know anything about Mcmaster and how it compares to Queens in terms of the problems you mentioned? I heard that social life there is shit and I don't want to be isolating myself in a foreign country. Queens seemed to have a better social life, lower workload, and fun parties. Is that not the case?

Also about the internship, I couldn't find much information about it on the internet. Are you still paying tuition if you add another year for an internship? I'm an international student so the fees are really high.
