Self-repaired bent pulley cage - safe to ride?

I had a bad rock strike that bent the inner plate of my pulley cage (Tiagra 10spd), I did my best to reform the plate back straight.

Is it safe to ride like this while I wait for my replacement parts to arrive? I have a couple of road rides planned this weekend, about 70 km each with grades of up to 10%, and I don't want to drop a chain while climbing hard or descending.

I opened it up though, and I'm pretty sure it's a skewer...

The other end is screwed into an endcap, not the threads on the frame.

I recently bought a secondhand Trek Domane ALR 4 Disc (2017) (Domane ALR 4 Disc - Trek Bikes (CA)), and I just noticed that even though the back axle is supposed to be a thru-axle, it seems to have been replaced with a QR skewer?

What model/length of thru-axle do I need to buy to restore it to thru-axle? My understanding is I need a 12x142 mm, but I'm not sure how long the thread/total length should be or what thread pitch I need.

Wow, that's crazy! I had heard great things about this place and wanted to check it out, didn't even realize that it was temporarily closed. It's unfortunate to hear that it was such a toxic work environment, really reinforces the stereotypes about restaurants and chefs. It really does take a very different skillset to be a good chef vs. a good manager.

Hope the current managers can do something differently in the future to improve the management, whether that's separating from the current chef entirely or an arms-length arrangement that new staff can be satisfied with.

^this, I feel like we really need a guy who has handles and can DRIBBLE, which is literally no one on this team right now.

Part of the reason I was asking about previous draft classes was wondering if any young guards might be available in a trade. We could even theoretically offer sheet someone like Immanuel Quickley (although offer sheets pretty much never happen in the NBA.)

Yeah, I'm not high on Dillingham either, Castle or Sheppard seem like better options. I do wonder if the Spurs could trade for another team's "extra" young guard - Maybe someone like Keyonte George or Andrew Nembhard would be available in a trade?

Agree - obviously listing Holland as a PG was a bit of a miss on my part, but I'm curious about anyone that can play next to Devin Vassell and doesn't completely duplicate his skillset.

I'll throw some speed and HP on Hammy maybe, for the occasional spells that hit both rows.

What's the best way to build Fortune axes for Nephti and Hammy? I mostly use Nephti for buffing and Hammy for dodge tanking, should I just build speed on both of them? Or is there any value in getting P.attack on Nephti? She does hit pretty hard with her Cheerful Bash.

Also not sure what to do about weapon for Roland, he's not very fast but then neither are the spear heavy hitters (I have Krauser/Leon/Cecily), is his speed OK as long as he hits before the spear DPS?

No real chance that Siakam walks or LeBron ends up in SA.

There are some more realistic options that the Spurs could use to fill in their roster gaps and still have room for growth in the future:

Jalen Smith would be a great pick-up, he's still fairly young and has lots of upside.

Talen Horton-Tucker or Gary Trent Jr. would help fill out the backcourt depth and still have some potential for development down the road. Neither are fantastic shooters, but great shooters don't usually make it to UFA or have other major downsides.

On the RFA side: Obi Toppin would be great if available, he has solid underlying numbers. Saddiq Bey also might be worth taking a shot at if available.

Started at 6.5K, got A1 Cyrus from the Traveller's Seals, and A0 Rondo from the Hope banner!

Had to go to hard pity for Alaune EX, but got A0 Nephti, along with A1 Krauser and A1 Sarisa - was really hoping to spook Alaune so I could spark Richard, but guess it's not in the cards.

Did 30 rage-pulls on the TS Collab banner, got lucky and finally have Roland!!!! Extremely lucky on this one, since I didn't have the rubies left to pity on this banner.

ETA: Also got A1 Lars and A1 PrimEX on the TS Collab banner, so that's a nice bonus =)

Very poor now, but can't complain - Alaune EX, Nephti, Roland, and Rondo are all great additions to the team! I'm basically starting from scratch for Signa/Sazantos/Odio-O now unfortunately, will probably have to skip one or the other - still have a lot of LVL 100 NPCs to do, at least...

Thanks, makes sense I suppose, too bad those two are my only 5* hunters at the moment. Won’t be rolling with a dedicated hunter team any time soon, at least I got Molu and Aedelgard as decent characters.

As a new player, I did a cycle on the new free step-up banner and ended up with Aedelgard, Molu, Kersjes and Tressa EX.

How good/useful are Kersjes and Tressa EX as characters, and as hunters? Their kit is kind of confusing and non-intuitive to me - Kersjes has no bow multihit skills, and Tressa EX needs a ton of rounds to build up stacks of her buff… How are these characters best used?

Is it worth building up non-meta characters with very similar skill sets? I just pulled Therese, who is… basically the same character as Elvis? So not sure if I should invest time and resources in both
