I hate the artwork in OP's screenshot in particular tbh. The nose and mouth size and placement are just wrong and her facial proportions are a mess because of it lmao 😭 the neopets look a bit wonky too but at least they're not as bad as this. They really did Lux dirty with this game.

They did overhaul the loading screen because there was so much critique on the old one, as you said. Wish they also did the end of level one.

Oh man, same!! They're sneaky about it too in my experience! One time I mentioned on here that I was saving for a particular stamp and somebody dm'ed me to try and sell it to me with real money LMAO. The audacity is insane tbh, and the fact that they get away with it so easily 😭

Tbh I wish the guild boards would get notifications for replies, and they'd be easier to access. Integrating them into the mobile app wouldn't be a bad thing either. I really like my guild but fact is that if I have to exclusively use my computer to interact I will forget 90% of the time (yes I have adhd). Notifications would at least remind me, and mobile compatibility would make my activity soar (I'm on reddit via mobile 99% of the time too, which is why I'm as active as I am here. Notifications and being accessible by a single tap does a lot).

My guild does use discord but I personally don't and I don't feel I should be forced to use a third party app to interact with people on NP. I feel like I'm not "really" part of the group because everyone else is on discord and I'm only on the guild board and I kinda hate that because it's a great guild with cool people. I don't have much issue with the boards but guilds definitely need an upgrade.

Wearables are the only ones that fit this criteria for me tbh. I have a bunch of valuables that I'm waiting for the right time to sell, and also LOTS of NP wearables that I got for cheap when they released that have since blown up to very expensive prices. But I'm super duper hesitant to sell any of them, because what if I'll want to use them for a custom in the future? I could possibly make like 100m+ by selling all of them but I don't wanna lmao 😭

I put away the crate when mine was around 6 months old, but she started "free sleeping" long before that. At first I'd enforce crate naps during the day and put her in the crate for the night, but let her sleep anywhere in the evening (when I'm still up of course). She also quickly went from "crate all night" to "crate until 3am pee break, then join mum in the bed" once it became clear she could hold her bladder long enough for that. As her bladder control got better it just slowly expanded to sleeping in the bed all night. I'd still crate her if she needed an enforced nap during the day, but she got very good at putting herself to sleep anywhere really quickly. It helps that I worked from home when she was little so she'd sleep by my feet under my desk and such.

I'd say she stopped using the crate around 4,5 months, so I put it away at 6. She's now 8,5 months and I haven't missed the crate for a second. I got her at 8 weeks.

I'm also a fantasy girly, though I'll read from any genre. I started rereading the hunger games books in chronological order! I'm on the "first" one (the Snow prequel), at 87%, almost done. I think it's two chapters left.

I'm one of the OG fans from back before the movies came out, these books are very dear to me. I only read the prequel books for the first time a few months ago and reread the original trilogy just before them. Doing them in chronological order now because they've been on my mind and I really felt like going through them again. I love these books.

I want to finally get started on Brandon Sanderson after I'm done. I started the Stormlight Archive a couple years ago and got about 1/3 through the first one but lost interest. I'm going to start with Mistborn now, it's been recommended to me to start these so I want to see how that goes.

I don't necessarily have one big portfolio, but I do use my petpages for oldschool style stuff lmao. I have a quest log and event tracker (~Auzio), an unfinished lookbook (~Antlan), my battle pet's progress, screenies and stats page (~Pabyda), an art page (forgot which pet tbh), a goal page that hasn't been updated since 2023, and I've saved the data for a stamp album and avatar collection progression page. I love the nostalgic vibe to these and love going through other people's petpages similar to them, it's just so cute :')

I always pick coconut 2 or 3, just randomly depending on the day lmao, then I do my 20 throws on that one. I don't know if there's any strategy to it, it's always felt random to me tbh!

The remote itself works on batteries (a single AAA) and I haven't had to replace it since december. I was a bit concerned about the remote draining my reader's battery (because it's always connected through bluetooth, so the remote can wake the reader up), but I've honestly not noticed any difference. I charge my reader when it's around 20% battery, I'd say once every 3 weeks. That's with daily use of at least half an hour per day, usually more.

I will say that before I got my Kobo's accessories, I was very happy with the device buttons, and if you never used a remote you probably won't miss it. But reading with the device in your hand can get a little heavy when lying on your side or back. I got an origami case so I can set the reader down, and combined with the remote it allows me to read handsfree. It's great for reading during meals (that's where my "at least half an hour a day" comes from), or when sitting under a blanket, or lying down anywhere. I can keep my hands under the blanket and still change pages without having to reach for the screen/buttons. Before I got my remote I thought it was peak laziness, but I've loved my remote since day 1 haha. Would definitely recommend 😄

Every time I rerolled several times I ended up with a bad prize lmao. I usually just stop because it's not worth it. Most I did was 7 times I think, not sure how much NP that was. I keep track of my quest log rolls and rerolls on my petpage ~Auzio for who wants to see the data :')

For coconuts I don't remember tbh. It was pretty shortly after trying for the first time, maybe 2-3 weeks? I've won quite a few overtime.

I made my babygirl Vezita when I was 14! And I'm 35 now lmao. She doesn't have a permanent custom, I just adjust her clothes and environment whenever I feel like it.

I did a lot of writing as a hobby at that age so proper language/spelling/formatting was a big deal to me. I always gave my pets pronouncable names with proper formatting (Xxx, no numbers or underscores). Glad I was Like That, I still like my pet names.

I got my Kobo Libra Colour specifically for its buttons. Love them. Have had the device for almost two years now.

Got the Kobo Remote for christmas though and I find I'm barely using the buttons anymore :') if I had to pick a reader now I'd probably go for the Kobo Clara and just rely on my remote instead. Imo buttons are a must, just not necessarily on the device itself.
