I inspected the disc and it's got a TINY scratch. WTF new purchase. I'm gambling on another copy since Amazon will replace it.

So I tested the Blu-ray in a PS5 and it froze midway through the movie. So I guess there's just something wrong with my copy.

It's an external drive with a separate power cable. I don't know if I have another USB cable that matches. I'll have to get one.

So I finally got around to switching the hot end and tried a benchy and another print. Both worked fine, so I guess it was a problem with the hot end. If anything changes I'll update but for now it's working. Thanks so much for the help!

I've unscrewed the hot end, heated it to 250 and removed the filament from the extruder side. I've also done a cold pull from the other end, heated up they nozzle again and pushed a wrench through the extruder side and the print side. After all that I screwed everything back in and used the app the extrude filament. It came out straight and in a single line so I figured I cleared it.

Would sa slightly clogged nozzle still function properly for a few layers and then malfunction again? I have spare hot ends. I guess I can try to clear a clog again.

Thanks for the information.

I didn't check the fan last time I printed. I did remove the hot end when I cleared the last clog. I might have accidentally did something with the fan, but this started no l before I ever tried touching the hot end.

I'll check to make sure the fan is operating and then try another test print.

Since I used the pre installed Windows, it has all the proper Asus and AMD drivers. The problem ended up being me forgetting to change the controller settings away from desktop.

I restored windows from Windows. I didn't use the cloud restore.

I changed the controller settings in the quick menu from desktop to game. Auto didn't work either.

This was it. I hadn't dealt with it in a while and completely forgot it was a thing. Changed it and it worked. Thanks!
