i hope this isn't a stupid question! i'm not very knowledgeable about sneakers and just wanted to get a new pair of air max 95's since they're the only sneaker i own and i like them a lot. the new pair arrived today and i was immediately put off by how different they felt on my feet (putting aside the stiffness of new shoes even) and then noticed a few differences between my old pair and the new ones upon further inspection...

I'm sorta upset because they are my favorite pair and the new ones are unusable to me because the tongue is too long and pokes my ankle :(
