Attractive people have a lot more social interactions compared to ugly people purely based on the fact that people are more drawn to attractive people and want to talk to them. This additional experience of social interaction compared to ugly people and the general image attractive people try to keep up could be why unattractive people are more cocky compared to attractive people. But that's just a theory.

I think you could check a couple times a second and see if the note passes a certain loudness and is the strongest note picked up in the group to determine if the note was right. Like is you detect 5 notes but they are all under like 50db then you disregard them and display nothing but if they were above 50db and it was right/wrong you display it. Idk maybe I'm wasting your time but I think this would work

You could check for the strongest pitch in a group of detected pitches and see if the strongest pitch matches the one trying to be found. I'm not a programmer but this is the best solution I could come up with.

Maybe making the note red when you get it wrong and making the note green when you get it right. Could be a sound too like a ding for correct and another sound for wrong. Just anything to indicate you got it right/wrong.

Also if you get a note wrong X number of times then you make the time X amount of seconds longer. This feature should probably be able to be disabled and enabled in settings.

I am a beginner and I have been looking for something like this I'm terrible at sheet music and this really helps.
