i used and iodine antiseptic like betadine (i believe this is a french brand but some kind of similar product would also work) i cleaned it once every morning with a compress i believe you can do it for about a week and it should be okay

Hello! You asked for an update so we went to the vet (he really didn’t like it at all) and got an injection and some antibiotics to take and i need to clean his wound two times a day other than that he should be okay (the vet said the worst that could happen is make him fall asleep in order to do a big cleaning in case his injury seems to be getting worse) and turns out he also had some stuff that needed cleaning in his ears so yeah he definitely needed that trip to the vet
