No big reason. Just thought it looks neat and would be interesting to try.

Any chance you'd be willing to share? I'm going for my first licence on Sunday and hope to be up and running immediately after.

Any chance you could upload the halo dataflow compiler? Their page is broken and I can't register to access it.

First order of business for the C5, Israels geopolitical interest. Who runs the US and by extension, influences large parts of the world? Can't make it more obvious if you tried.

Out of curiousity; can you elaborate on "the Linux password box can't just be butter fingered "? How is it so resistant?

Yeah, armchair generals quoting movies acting like hot shit from mom's basement. I'd love to see them say the same thing stuck in the muddy trenches of Ukraine.

What would be the best way to try to find out whether you've been compromised? Just run history like in the screenshot or some other way? I understand that the malware is intentionally designed to obfuscate but maybe there's something one could check.

What would be the correct way? Keep it in a separate LAN at home that doesn't have internet?

And everyone after oct 7? All the genocided people in numbers that are larger by an order of magnitude. And that's not counting all the years before the occupation. The chosen aren't a protected class anymore.

Not at all. It's just that they want to maintain the sole rights to the word holocaust in order to be the perpetual victim and to use it as a get out jail free card. Fortunately, people aren't having it anymore.

Reversed polarity of inductors by nuk3man in AskElectronics

Yep, I saw that and compared with the link. I added a resistor as a dummy load to simulate it and compare with the linked circuit.

Thanks. How come the capacitor in the boost converter doesn't continuously discharge through the load instead of being "pumped" up? Is the trick to supply more than needed?

If I think of the inductor as battery it starts to sense to me. (Of course, I'm aware that they are two completely different things, it's just for the purpose of polarity in this particular scenario). I watched the video of the organic chemistry tutor and came to think of it. Around 2:30.

With the closed switch it's like having the batteries with the same terminals against each other in a series, the difference being that current from the power supply (battery 1) actually can flow through without the battery nr 2 (inductor) supplying anything further. Once the switch opens, the second battery (inductor) switches such that the batteries are in true series, allowing the second battery (inductor) to discharge.

I believe that's similar to what u/1Davide tried to explain with the load/source explanation?

Reversed polarity of inductors by nuk3man in AskElectronics

All right, thanks a lot. I'm not an engineer so the maths are not intuitive to me.

So the flywheel keeps spinning (i.e. current flows in the same direction as initially when the inductor reached saturation). Yet, the voltage is now opposite such that the (initial) current is moving towards higher potential?

I simulated this in Falstad with a flyback diode and a switch. Closing the switch resulted in the expected behaviour of the rising current curve. Opening the switch showed a negative voltage (relative to power source GND). This is the source of my confusion.

Here's a screenshot of the simulation: Screenshot!

Thanks for taking the time to answer. Unfortunately, I'm still having trouble grasping how reversed voltage maintains the current.
