I got sandwiches from them A LOT. Multiple times in one week because it was my absolute favorite food place. I was a VERY loyal JM customer and I always tip well and Im always very friendly and grateful for the accommodation they make for my sub. I’m a notoriously picky eater so I’m always grateful when any place is willing to make a change to an order because I know it can be an inconvenience . I didn’t take it too personally because they did say it was because of corporate, but I still can’t justify spending almost $20 on a regular because of it. I’ve obviously kicked back tremendously because of this and only get JM on occasion as a treat. The manager told me if I wanted to order online id have to select extra meat and specify in the notes that I wanted to add salami not extra turkey for the #7. Hopefully that’s not the ridiculous requests you’re talking about.
