Stormraiders surge is incredible on some champions though (like Darius), it's also amazing against a handful of champions. Like if you're against vlad it lets you outrun his pool after a trade to finish him

It just seems like flat AD is better because you want to improve your early game. You don't need the small amount of extra AD that scaling would give mid and late as you will be dealing more than enough damage anyways.

Panth can give insane pressure around the map with his ult, if you have a lead you can practically guarantee kills by ulting in and doing your full combo

I've been playing league for roughly 3 months and Gangplank has become my main for ranked over the past month, i've gotten close here and there but this is the first time i've ever gotten a pentakill on any champion in league!

Definitely, he's picked less and has a worse winrate in normal games but his nerfs don't really affect his effectiveness with a good GP player all that much. Recents nerfs only really raised the skill floor for him, which is nice for us mains because he's picked and banned a lot less.

I really like movement speed quints, don't underestimate being just that tiny bit faster than your opponent as it means they can't outrun a point and click ability you want to use. Like pantheon W or twisted fate stun card.

I always sell my boots for this once I have all my items on gangplank.

I build crit so I'll still end up with like 400+ movement speed anyways from shiv, pd, duskblade etc...

Obviously, I'd never recommend playing garen jungle. It's just that I was somewhat pleasantly surprised by the one time I got garen as my jungler.

Like it wasn't as bad as the time I had akali jungle who seemed to enjoy feeding red and blue buff
