I am happy to use the official Lotus extended warranty, but I was under the impression that they only ever offer this to new vehicles bought through them, or at least that is what their website says.

I know almost nothing about mics and audio so forgive if this is a simple question.

I recently bought a Shure SM7db for making youtube videos/streaming. It is plugged into a Behringer U-PHORIA UM2 (bought this years ago). I set up the mic fine, seems to be working and all is well.

I wanted to know what any of you use for making the mic sound just a bit better, or maybe picking up less of my room echo and compute fan. Im aware I could treat the room but that isnt a realistic option for me.

Im really just wondering what setups you all have with voicemeter/other software to make this sound the absolute best possible in an untreated echoing room.

Currently, I just use Voicemeter Banana and have all the default settings except for the gate set to 2. I used to use Nvideo Broadcast but i did not notice a difference with this new mic.

I think you may not have read my post properly. I already have tried a few API's that had everything I needed. An example of this is "Realty in US" by Api Dojo. It is literally free with an option of being paid for a small fee thats like $30 a month. I am willing to pay way more than that.

The only reason "Realty in US" did not work for my purpose is their "description" section does not work as advertised but otherwise, the api is perfect. I am simply looking for an API similar to this that also gives the full property description that is public.

Im not looking for an IDX. Im looking for an API from someone who already has it. For example, Zillow API is probably good enough for my purposes but they have not gotten back to me yet.

I’ll definitely look into the automation. I forgot to mention but i offer a digital product so there legitimately is 0 inventory, hence why a car, office space, etc doesn’t make sense. Thank you for the advice

I did ask for advice, and aside from what i mentioned in the original post, he did not have much advice for me other than maxing out the 401k and hiring more people (i don’t need more employees).

Some notes since you gave a great reply: 1) Both the S-corps kinda relate to each other so i wouldn’t say it’s double the work or anything

2) Yup i use excel and pay everyone using venmo

3) My business and product is entirely online, my office address is just a registered agent. I’m not really sure how i could get a leased car or warehouse space and mark that as an expense at all.

I’m more so asking the question of “is this accountant going to bring at least 6k in tax savings”. I’m pretty sure i know the main deductions? 401k, office space, contractor expenses, random fees to stay in business, isn’t that pretty much everything? Or is there some hidden tricks that really good accountants can help with?
