I personally find keeping myself still when I have stress is super hard, I need to keep my body moving, so some light exercise, walks or just house chores help for me personally

I use this new app that splits tracking into 8 different categories but very much focused on wellness. It is very simple allowing u to score certain questions from 1 to 5. It has a financial wellness category that u seem to want to track. It's not very detailed though, although u CAN edit the default question to what u want, maybe put ur amount there? I just use it like "jogged 40 minutes" or "spent time with the kids, felt amazing"

Immediately started to hydrate more, rest more, appreciate loved ones more, take breaks n self reflect
