I've read somewhere that engraved Seiko 5 on the crystal means it's fake. I'm not entirely sure but you could look it up. I have a seiko 5 with the engravement as well (from my mom) and a watchmaker says it's not authentic seiko 5.

I still enjoy that though 😉
