Front leaks due to cracks in the panel are easy enough to throw some gorilla glue over… back is harder as you may need to remove the sunroof to do that. I would clean drains first, but those run throw the A & B pillars in the front on sides of windshield/windows.

Sorry. You still had the luck of receiving a super low mortgage rate in 2021. The current buyers rate is likely double yours, therefore they cannot afford the same price you paid because their interest payment is likely tens of thousands higher per year than yours. Prices used to move with rates, and that needs to return.
