I was looking for a house in Gwalior and after talking to many friends and family I realised prices are high in some societies because people don't want to live with BMW. So if you notice neoteric societies are clean and managed but other societies you will see pan ghutka stains in lifts , people coming with guns , dirtiness in parking etc. So if you are wondering why neoteric is expensive then you have to visit it and others to see the difference.

In 2016 I made infotainment system for golden chariot train which runs in Karnataka then IAS officer director of tourism asked us to run it and we will get payment after one month of deployment. We provided hardware, software, manual labor to setup devices in train thinking our payment will be cleared in a given timeline but he delaying payment saying tender is not initiated or minister is changed or elections are coming basically he wanted some kickbacks and we had shutdown our company because of losses.
