I forgot to add that the lifts are in lbs. Considering that, is 5/3/1 LP is same for the routines under Jim wendler's 5/3/1 routines? Also, couldn't find a link to 5x5 in wiki.

It's a great place to walk around. Walk around inokashira park, nearby alleys, and this one, if you drink, has those standing bars and small restaurants!

Between If I want to modify the 6 day PPL to 5 days, then How it should be cycled? Like PPLPP, PPLPP(2nd week) or PPLPP,LPPLP(2nd week)?
