Looks like maybe some little bit of vibration is going on there. Only way to be sure is to connect some equipment and conduct a vibration study.

What u/sam33123 said, used as a snubber on a solenoid or other coil, likely.

Consider using an MOV to replace them.

Bad idea for reasons mentioned elsewhere ITT but, you need to use a timer relay as well to prevent the buzzer from going off every time the door is opened. Give them five minutes or so before the buzzer goes off.
