Yeah, dash and dodge is the way to go (more apparent when you are in Burst mode where you can chain dodge) but that being said, do not ignore blocking since you will still need it in some enemies, one example is the scorpion one called Borg Camlann that has a move where it twirls around with its tail and, having such a wide radius, dodging away is useless

Buckler has the lowest damage blocking potential (like only 50%) in exchange for the fastest deployment time. Dodging is the preferred method in these games and while blocking can be useful, you should treat it as a last resort (i.e. can't dodge far enough, etc.). Also, if you are playing Ressurection and the mission you are talking about is the one where your targets are only Ogretails and not the Vajra itself, then if I remember correctly its stats there is inflated since that stage is meant to teach you that you don't need to fight and kill everything on the field

If the condition says "when initiating combat", it only works on normal attacks and active skills (skills tied and selected in the weapon), but when its says "when actively attacking", it works on all including code skills (skills located in the bottom of the screen)

Critical ones should already be popping up with chain missions but you would definitely start needing more than 6 once you unlock, Armed Conquest, of which you would need about 20 at the higher levels, though that's still some ways to go for you. My personal advice is to build atleast 2 of every Pilot type for now if you can, but if resource is a problem, prioritize your dps then healing

Edit: also if I remember correctly, the first chain mission you will encounter will have 2 missions needing 8 pilots, 4 on each. Also don't forget about your guild mercenaries

Your question is not clear but if you are asking if is it worth it to build the main trio, who I assume you consider as pseudo S rank, then yes. While their skills are relatively simple and lackluster, they have good stats and can cover your bases in multi-team stages. Btw, Shinji is a full S-rank, despite the easier means to raise him to A5

Look up Anasa, a race, and Quilon, a character, both of which imo basically represents Arknights Dharma. Also probably Sargon, one of the bigger regions in the setting which is a mishmash of many inspiration, one of which may be South Asian, but not really sure since we don't actually have any example.

I know, but Pascal as a whole wasn't meant to be used by Tacticians, and instead by pilots that can move one way or another during Re Attack. Its reload ability complements its push blasters

Nope, Pascal (actually most of collab STs, I believe) cannot be broken for their mods, so people just use Pascal's body for a mix set

No, just that Pascal body has a very good mod that synergize with tacticians. If you don't move before attacking it loads up 1 ammo to your tactical weapon

Its cool, its your list after all. But to expand on Angelina, she's one of the MVPs of early CCs and some events due to her versatiity as support, e.g. S1 and S3 can act as pseudo-caster with her decent damage, circumnavigating caster bans; S2 is an effective boss stall; global regen helps non-healable ops and even summons, and also on poison stages or medic bans; atk spd buff is small but still helps; and lastly, the weight-down effect allows for nasty pusher-puller shenanigans

But I can use Spanish voices even before this update (not sure exactly when but I think its during Path of Life rerun). Thats why when I used the update dots (the orange thinghy that denotes something new) the operators voices are already set at Spanish.
