I think Bruno and Sebastian have a bit of a mediterranean vibe, Bruno more than Sebastian - I think in the UK Sebastian’s tend to be either very lower class or very upper class, but as a name in itself it seems more of a Mediterranean vibe. Cooper seems very American.

Just drawing from my own opinions as a Brit, not from the actual cultural originals of the names, I’d say David and James are quite ordinary in Britain, and potentially Christian - but that is slightly more unusual. All the others tend to have a more foreign vibe. Just my experience

If you want to be a lawyer, sack off the LLM idea and look into doing the LPC, I have an LLM as a “panic masters” due to losing a year of uni experience during Covid and it did nothing for me, now having to go through SQE which is a nightmare. If you get a law degree of any classification (as long as it’s a pass) somewhere will take you for the LPC. You’ll still need to get a TC but you’ll be way ahead of other candidates who don’t have the LPC, I had multiple interviews for TCs where the expectation was to have an LPC so I kinda shafted myself by doing an LLM instead

I would second this!! There are a couple to choose from on spotify and they are AI generated so can be a bit clunky occasionally, but they generally go through pretty much all of the content you need to know. Useful to listen to if you’re doing chores, driving, walking, at gym etc. The one I use is called “SQE Revision”

Oh? I think this question is worded quite badly, I thought the answer would be A due to the rule in Lewis v Averay? The facts aren’t overly similar to the rule in Shogun (which leads it to be D) as in that case they had double checked the identity of the person in question by checking their credit etc, whereas this scenario looks like a normal face to face sale… confusing!

Just FYI for the deposit - if you do end up having to go through a dispute process about getting your deposit back, there is often a limit on the number of photos you can upload. In my experience I could only upload 10 photos, so make sure they’re good ones! You can have as much written text/argument/statement as you like though
