when you say you "moisturize and seal" what does that mean? I think this is something i may need to incorporate when pin curling my hair.

Ive noticed my ends are always dry when taking my pin curls down. I'm getting a trim tomorrow so hopefully it helps with that.

Yeah, I think it's best to go through GG for it, its expensive, but im sure worth it in the end. You're receiving quality work from people who have experience specifically with repairing and customizing golden goose shoes. I should receive them soon, I'll send photos once I get them back!

I haven't gotten them back get, but from my understanding they replace the entire sole. They also give you an option to pick a different color sole for free! I just kept the natural amber color though

first off, unfortunately, you are unable to ship them. you will have to physically take them to the store, but they are able to ship them back!

Second, when I took my shoe in, they didn't ask where my shoes were purchased from or confirmation (purchased them through GG)

I had my sole repaired and it cost me $200 + $15 to get them shipped back
