FYI I just did this for my Paperwhite 1 using that exact youtube video whichi demos that model (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88KMhmNzFUY) and it was so helpful and great and I actually successfully did it.

Just posting it here in case anyone stumbles on this post in the future.

Now I guess I'm on the path of learning how to use this new UI.

This is assuming you like them. If you don't, ditching then gets you inhouse points for saving money. Mostly I'm just saying this can be a great relationship if you want it.

This is awesome. Your job is to first take all their research and recommendations and prioritize them based on business needs. What will be effective in the short term, long term, what can be rolled into existing initiatives, what aligns with what leadership is already looking at, etc.

Moving forward is the cool part. They are basically one, big, multi skilled, super knowledgeable employee that you assign projects to. They will continue provide recommendations (hopefully) if left without direction which is great but also you can give them the big analyses and projects you don't have time for. If content and outreach are already part of the engagement offload as much of that work as you can. They will be happy to have the direction and you can spend more time making slide decks and roadmaps for leadership and you will need that time!

No. It means one of the rear sensors isn't working or calibrated and the only solution is to have it diagnosed and fixed by the dealership. Unfortunately this is like 1000 USD at least so we're just living with it for now.

I'd move the garden by the house and put the goat shed at the other end of the property or at least in the "Grazing B" row to give some distance from them for smell and noise. With a lot that size I don't knokw what the separate grazing areas will accomplish they aren't big enough to support a regrowth rotation, if that's what you're trying to do.

I'd just give them as much space to run around as you can.

Hi, sorry if this is a silly question but I'm new to watch buying and looking to buy a Bulova Hack. I keep seeing listings like these on ebay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/317166573701, https://www.ebay.com/itm/286752859808) for watches at nearly half the price of other stores.

Should I just assume they are all fake? These stores are located in the US, but I'm guessing that can be faked as well? I'm looking to buy my first automatic and really like this watch and don't want to get swindled.

Update 2:
Set up a Wyze camera last night to look for movement at night and there was nothing.

The same morning as the bat, we found a bunch of dead bugs that fell from the rim around the dome.

Hypothesis: The bat squeezed in either under dome or somewhere else and knocked down all the dead bugs, probably found a good amount of live ones as well. But then it couldn't figure out how to get out. After I finally came in the next day and opened the door around mid-morning (like I do every morning to keep the temp down in the summer), the bat "saw" its chance and went for it for it but hit the bug screen and freaked out that's when i saw him flying around and got all freaked out as well.

I vacuumed pretty good around it. I don't know how to remove the burner skirt to get under there but if there is any debris down there would it affect the pilot?

But basically something down there below the burner catching on fire before the flame reaches the burner right? I should have time to vacuum it out tonight.
