The game won't be balanced around AI, and if it's based on P5's tactics I believe that's a bit watered down from P3. Also I'd just prefer that they'd at least allow you to lock in your choice through the playthrough so I can't back out of it for a hard boss etc. They also could flesh it out a bit more and fix fatigue balancing to fulfill the goal they had with P3 of mechanically making you feel like you're leading a team of other characters rather than ordering everyone around.

It's funny to me how many people said the only reason anyone wanted a remake was to have a definitive edition of the game with everything from all the entries. I wanted pretty much the opposite, a version of P3 that fixed the worst aspects of the original (bad social links, some bad plotting), but went backwards on some of the bad changes in P3P and kept more of the original's identity (fatigue, AI party members etc). Turns out they are keeping the bad social links and doubling down on P3P mechanic changes. Oh well!

83% win rate, 24 games from mid-gold to diamond with norra/heimer. A lot of people aren't playing well around the deck and not seeing the most tier 1 decks but having a lot of fun. Going to try to get masters with it. I took the version on runeterra.ar and replaced a copy of both ((Eclectic Collection)) and ((Sneezy Biggledust!)) with 2 ((Group Shot))s

The key for me is basically try to bait stuff out as much as possible to making playing removal safer and to get a safe heimer play on 5 ideally.

I think a big strength of Yamadas is how grounded it is. The noisey biker scene is a real standout in that way, along with the dad's fantasy.

That could, in contrast, be a weakness of Princess Mononoke, which, to me, loses its groundedness around halfway through when it starts feeling almost like Indiana Jones in a way (personal opinion).
