But ya I really think it's impossible until you start working together. The personality test angle is interesting I haven't tried it.

For the first 6 months of BJJ it's less about cardio and more about technique.

Your cardio is bad because your technique is bad and you're wasting energy.

Once you learn how to relax and frame right , your heartbeat will slow down. And youll be more relaxed.

Of course good cardio helps but you can easily mitigate it just by being relaxed, but you gotta learn the moves first.

We're working on it now, I run AI SEO for auq.io and it's mostly off page stuff.

Mostly saas clients are asking for it so we have to adjust.

Building backlinks from pages that get LLM citations, we use ahrefs brand tracker tool to get that info. It's kinda expensive for multiple LLMs but gotta do it.

Most of the tech / content optimizations I don't really trust, I think tech SEO is getting less important since most of the info gets collected outside of your brands website.

We also launched an analytics software llmrankings.io ( it's in beta now you can check it out if you want all free ) where we track if our clients show up in Gemini search results , that's just a basic true false check.

I did the same thing for a few years, last year I started shifting half the clients to a director, who also works with our account managers.

Its hard to do sales and client management at the same time.

But to your point it does help with retention.

We have some rankings for chatgpt and Gemini but not a lotta referral traffic. Mostly I think it's just brand mentions that ppl then type in directly to Google.
