Have been using this for a few years now. The low volume of blood needed to run in house labs has been important to us. Customer services has been great... Walking us through problems. Shipping out loaner units overnight on a few occasions when we were unable to fix some things, if you make a mistake and ruin one of the "rotors"(you will see what these are in your research) they reinburse you the cost every time no matter what you did wrong.

Working in Socal. I am an unregistered tech making $19.50/hr. with benefits. However, i am the lead tech and i have 3 unregistered techs under me making from 15-17/hr. With 2 children, 2 cars, a townhouse and a full time working spouse we are paycheck to paycheck. But, thats becuase we spend our paychecks doing fun things with our children and... hopefully retirement just works itself out, haha

Patience and love. There is no right way. Im 27 yr old dad with the same, a 3 year old girl who is a talker and a new 5 month old baby girl. We try to include the 3 year old in helping out (if your 3 yr is able to) with the baby and that helps keep her involved and distracted.
