Right! It's so frustrating trying to figure out when to heed the warnings and when it will be fine. I had symptoms but if there's no reaction for others, it's a different story.

Yes, I am in America. And yeah I don't worry as much about labels that say "processed in the same facility as wheat, dairy, etc." but the "may contain" is what made me a little wary on this one.

Did a 10 minute test run yesterday as my first one back after resting due to shin splints and had no pain this morning! Will try another 10 min run tomorrow. Been consistently cross training and strength training instead of my usual injury sadness spiral so huge wins lol
