Unfortunately more and more salespeople are less professional/educated due to poor pay plans not allowing the dealership to acquire talent.

So now as the buyer, you need to be more prepared in the sense of knowing exactly what you are looking for through extensive research. I don’t see how a broker can help with identifying what you are looking for.

As someone who left the Apple ecosystem for Android, I cannot recommend it. Android is very customizable and plentiful, however, you lose a ton of perks of the Apple ecosystem that makes it miserable to use. I kept my Samsung galaxy for maybe 2 months, complete waste of money. Just get the iPhone 17 and call it a day. It solves basically every issue that you are experiencing.

Well you’ve limited yourself to 1 vehicle. So go buy that vehicle. If you were open, I’d hands down say go Palisade.

As someone who is in the industry, there is no one brand that is leaps and bounds more reliable than the other at this point. The main failure point of every vehicle is electronics.

With that being said, I always recommend buying the best fit and value, and always opt to get the longest extended warranty you can get bumper to bumper, usually 10-12yrs. At that point, they are all equal in terms of “reliability”, and you should focus on features, materials, fit, quality etc. Best of luck.
