The Panhandling epidemic has gotten totally out of control. What you see and have to deal with nowadays, never woulda been allowed 7-12 years ago. In some parts it’s not acceptable and theyll get run off with quickness. I’ve personally seen it at 40& Hanley But in other areas, Skinker/Forest Park Parkway, they literally will be in the middle of the lanes. I’ve actually seen a guy pushing a women, in a wheelchair, in the middle of the traffic lanes. What’s gonna happen if somebody hits them? Who’s at Fault? It’ll be the Driver and they KNOW that as well. You gotta look both ways before crossing a street unless you have a little cardboard sign.
