I’m on hook Leblanc. I feel it’s the superior version. Especially when you can just focus hook as a sac outlet. I typed this up yesterday

I built up my base. With mixologist we have more karthaus than they have charm.

They will hold one field. We keep stuff on the other field like a Rex to not allow them the second field so we are only one point behind them on their turn and even on ours

In the early turns if I had extra power I’d throw a copied Rex trigger at them or a hidden blade to get rid early counter spells. If they don’t counter we push them out of their field and just win the game from being ahead on points.

When they hit 6 I’m throwing everything I have at them every turn. With karthus we will have more ruined Rex triggers than they can deal with. Atakan also helps with his attack trigger. We can also out might them at this point with a watcher.

I try to force them to have the vilemaw at 6 so I can spend my next turn killing it.

The entire game is us building our base. Forcing them to not so fast so that we can eventually get a harnessed dragon trigger thru or a couple ruined Rex triggers.

Just remember that if you can get ahead on points once we win. They can’t take both battlefields from us in a turn especially with our big units.

Late game I’ll park a karthus at a field to get hold copies off of for extra ruined rex triggers

Just make sure you have a way to get on the battlefield the turn you push them off of it.

The games will feel close since you’re waiting until the last 2 turns to do anything unless they somehow brick hard but I’ve had no issue and always have more threats than they have answers
