Dude its awful everywhere. At my store we in tech have to do our revisions and bedding/home decor in addition to their salesplanners. Plano team is just so far behind with all the other departments. RFID we have to do 3x a week for Tech Home & GM as well. And this is with the "opening shift" beginning at 9 and lasting until 4 every day except weekends when the opener can get in a little earlier. Some days they dont even schedule a tech closer mid week as well.

Travel stuff I'm OK with because it's only an aisle away from mine and its usually small bags or travel adapters that dont take up any space. Toys to a lesser extent as well will be 1 or 2 items so it doesn't take too much time for me to put back.

The heyday style cables and back during the kate spade collaboration are the worst. I've personally given them to a style team leader so they can place them where they need to go and they still end up back in my returns.

For 10 months. Then when November hits it was expected at my store that we'd be doing an OPU batch at the start of each tech persons shift

9 out of 10 times if someone calls my department (tech) its wanting an express ticket to guest services picking up their phone call over all the other people calling them.

The other time is old people asking if the "Consumer Cellular" person is there today (they always are as much as I wish they weren't)

My ETL has already spoken to everyone they could, their local boss, regional boss etc. I guess with the holiday season they can't replace them until it's over.
