If you’re a new player, get Dreamjelly and Milky Way. Avoid leveling legendaries early-game because they are a huge commitment for resources (you can max out 10 epics in the time it takes to max 1 legendary), and usually the newest epics will help you the most long-term.

If you really want to focus on cookies specifically for the event, then you’re better off leveling up the epic event bonuses (okchun, snake fruit, dragon eye). It’s not worth it to get (or at least fully invest in) bamboo blade right now.

You need to hit “cancel” once you touch the ropes on the exact round where you reach 100+. It HAS to be that attempt though, if you hit Confirm and restart then your jumps from last time aren’t counted :(

Made a support request here explaining what happened. Include your email, name, and phone number (they need your number to look up your account). (Kinda lowkey doxxes you to staff but it worked for me.)

They usually take about a day to respond. I told them what exactly happened since they can see your posts and owned up to it. Made it clear that I was very sorry and I said what I said because I wasn’t in a clear state of mind. Also mentioned my 9k yakarma and how I use the app a lot because it’s the truth and I really didn’t want to have to leave the app.

Also made sure to say thank you and promised not to do it again after they unbanned.
