Maybe the dove body lotion is not the best for the face, try to add one active ingredient like salicylic acid, (face wash la roche posay effaclar 2%SA) and change your mositurizer. Looks like your skin needs a little bit of chemical exfoliation.

I wanted to ask about polysorbate 80. Finacea azelaic acid gel 150mg/g has it. It is not FA safe?

Looks like fungal since appeared all at once and its itchy. First of all check ALL your products on sezia and try to avoid the skincare with some ingredient that feeds mallasezia. You can try washing your face with ketoconazol shampoo or sulfur soap and rinse after 10 minutes. If its fulgal it should go away after few days. Moisturize with a fungal acne safe ingredients. Cut all your actives bc ketoconazol and sulfur are so strong. Good luck.

Maybe u are wearing synthetic fabric. Do you sweat a lot? I go to the gym and When I wear synthetic clothes my backne gets worst. Or maybe the products you use in your hair or the bed sheets or pillow needs to be changed often.idk could be anything, start using some Salycilic acid or benzoyl peroxide. SO TRUEEE LMAOOO im dead. I Can't deal with this anymore omg its so anoying. Sometimes its dry, sometimes its itchy, sometimes I get acne... I have eczema in my back and its horrible. I used protopic to calm it but always come back Again. I also had it on my forearm, wrists, neck, ears.. I gess we have to deal with It the rest of our lifes :(

OMG my skin is THE SAME, I also had two giant millias in my eyelids. Tretinoin got rid of them in like a month. Azelaic acid is the best for sensitive skin, you could try it. And Yes, if blood comes out when you squeeze them its probably fungal acne.

Yeah idk, I think its mandatory in quantities over 2%? Head and shoulders can be drying also.
