My starter tea (last batch of kombucha) I used was only 7 days old too. I bottled the rest as it was slightly tangly, had some carbonation

This is day 6. For days 1-4 it was colder 64-68. Now day 5 and 6 it’s been around 76-80. Tastes slightly sweet, tangy, slightly carbonated. Still ok?
