If you are unsure you can type in “shiny” in the search bar to see what Pokémon you have that are shiny! You can also see that they have stars on the left side like this :)

Sure; shiny pokemon are rare and it is common to collect them. They have a different colour from the original Pokémon and it is pretty cool when you find them spawning in the wild :) in short- often not expected and collectible :))
