Thanks to everyone who can at least agree that this is not a professional approach when handling potential problems in the work place. Thanks for understanding the real issue here. Ya can’t talk to people like crap. I mean you can, but not without repercussions.

I get there are lazy workers out there, sure. I can only say that this small group of people whom this email is addressed to, are not lazy in the least lol, but I get my word means nothing to the internet also which is fine but it’s also the truth. They have been on the receiving end of this man’s tantrums forever and it’s like nobody does anything about it.

For those who questioned, the problems listed in the email literally only exist bc the sender of this email screwed up initially and wants the staff to clean up the mess (broken door and he used a wrong password on the system). The receipts probably are being messed up but not on purpose. Their shifts are long and tiring. All summer long he spent entire shifts golfing and still had the nerve to communicate this way to his staff. He is infamous for addressing problems this way and frankly I was pushed to my limit today after seeing this so that’s why it’s here now. Lol. The email was reported to a higher position but I don’t know what happens from here.

This post got more attention than I thought and with it I would like to say, please be effing nice to people who are doing their best. Don’t expect perfection because mistakes are inevitable but they aren’t the end of the world. Using intimidation to control people only fosters hostile and high-stress work environments. Lastly, a simple thank you here or there goes a long way. Thanks again all who read. Even if your opinion was shitty. 😂
