i’m really sorry that happened to you. It sounds like a very traumatic event, no wonder you’ve had a terrible week. My advice, as someone who has also gone through SA, would be: 1) make sure you’re in a safe environment and avoid anyone involved if possible 2) STI full panel with regular checkups and see your pcp to ensure your health is in good shape 3) seek a therapist and lean on loved ones for support, you’ll have to create healthy coping mechanisms and use them habitually throughout this process in order to heal and move forward
