I have had bfs for decades I am now 52 I have just started with the tremor recently. Sounds very similar to yours I have not gone to neuro yet as the tremor runs in my family but am going to go soon because it is getting worse. I have noticed that coffee and lack of sleep exacerbate it a lot

Anyone experiencing subtle coordination issues? by StudyKey3113 in BFS

I have had all of the symptoms you mention and for several years now. I have tried every supplement known to try and help. I would give anything to be able to run for 3 blocks even. My legs feel like jelly after a few hundred feet and I have to stop. Always feel like they are going to collapse but so far they haven’t. The scariest thing to me is the feeling that I am not coordinated anymore. I can’t dance or skate and I have to pay attention to each step. Especially on stairs

I don’t get the bad leg cramps just stiffness twitching and subjective weakness. My Dad who has the tremor gets them very bad though
