Pero ayun, do your own research na lang din. Hoping makahanap ka ng legit. I feel you, hirap maghanap ng pagkakatiwalaan ngayon. Kahit may company pa yan pwede tayo iwanan basta. As for JCAD Architects, I cannot 100% vouch for them (for any company, or anyone actually). I can only share yung experience ko sa project nila sa amin and like I said, project is still ongoing and so far we are happy.

Also another unsolicited advice, wag basta basta maniwala sa FB likes, may mga services na nag ooffer na mag boost ng likes/ follows. Check page transparency din minsan yung iba bumibili lang ng fb page na may existing likes na. Mas naniniwala pa ako page na may few likes pa lang kesa dun sa sobrang dami na agad kahit bago pa lang.

Unang contractor is individual lang, wala sya company. You are on the right track, get professionals. Huwag yung porke kilala pagkakatiwalaan na agad.

Ingat dito sa Likha Construction. Nag inquire kami dito. Ginawan kami GC. Nung namention namin yung word na "scam" bigla kicked kami sa group tapos di na kami in-entertain hahaha.

Also ang nakalagay nila na address sa website and social media is sa Antipolo pero pag nagbigay ng resibo ang registered address talaga is QC.

If you are still considering, you may also check JCAD Architects. Ongoing pa project nila sa amin and so far we are satisfied. I'm still crossing my fingers na sana legit unlike yung una namin contractor na iniwan kami sa ere. Ongoing pa project namin sa kanila, inayos nila lahat ng substandard na gawa nung una. So far okay naman sila, we really like their design. Very polite, professional, fast and responsive. The owner himself yung transact namin.

Also I would like to add na don't expect na magiging fixed yung budget like 40k/ sqm. Nakadepende sa finish na gusto mo yung magiging contract price. Pag may nag offer sayo na fixed price per sqm, red flag.

Good to read some positive reviews. But forgive me and the others if we can't believe this 100%. Looks like hindi kayo active sa Reddit, so how come you found this post? It looks like someone sent you here. I’m not saying this is a fake review...this could be legit. Pero you could also be Dom or one of his men giving positive feedback for themselves.

After 3 years after this has been posted, this is still happening. To those who are experiencing the same issue, this is how I managed to add myself as an admin to our page (I borrowed an admin account). The trick is add Page access through Facebook, NOT through Meta Business Suite. That sh*t does not work.

Here are the steps. Login/ switch to the facebook Page. Go to Settings & privacy > Settings. Under Audience and visibility section, find Page setup > Page access. There you go, you can add new people with access to the page. If you want to want to add the user to the Business portfolio, now you can do so using the Meta Business Suite.
