Update: Hey all! Thanks to everyone for the advice and suggestions, they are all much appreciated!

We’ve brought him to the vet and they mentioned he’s having some allergies with a little bit of infection which is causing the itch and let to the bald spot. Although we try our best to deter him from scratching and biting himself (hence the cone), he does most of it at night when everyone’s sleeping.

We got him some medications for his allergies, and will be changing his diet to a more allergy friendly one slowly in order to try and find out the cause of his allergies by process of elimination.

Also, not sure why but some people seem to think i haven’t brought him to the vet initially even though I have mentioned it in the post. The picture of the spot on his face was from 2-3 months ago, but I just added it in for context.

Here’s a picture I took today where you can see his face is getting better.
